The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.

Spirits are real whether people like it or not. The human body is set up almost like an antenna that can hear various frequencies outside this world and within this world. This is what is happening.
